Description:
Searching the log by target doesn't return results for checks which got edits for a user. This isn't the case for IPs/ranges.

For example, the following line isn't returned when searching by target for "Drini" (search is in the URL field):

Version: unspecified
Severity: normal
URL: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CheckUser/Log?cuSearchType=target&cuSearch=Drini&cuSearchSubmit=%C2%A0%C2%A0Search%C2%A0%C2%A0
