Although already enabled in the beta cluster we want to do further testing in "actual production" wikis (i. e. test.wikimedia.org). According to the deployment plan, this should be done before March 19th.

As far as I can see, there is nothing to be done here. The feature should be enabled after we merge it to master, though users on the test wiki would have to manually enable it in their preferences.
@Tim_WMDE I think the "todo" here is, to make sure this happens before March 19th and to coordinate with ComCom to make sure all necessary announcements are done beforehand.
