Description

The preferences page currently only shows gadgets that are available in the current skin, this means changing gadget preferences for another skin (for example mobile) requires first changing the interface to that skin (or switching to mobile view). Instead, all gadgets should be shown with a note saying what skins it's available on, as Special:Gadgets already does.
