Description

User-report:

At Extension:FileImporter/Data/fa.wikipedia#Transfer, I have defined "اجازه‌نامه" and "اجازه نامه" and "اجازه_نامه" as "Permission" when converting local template to Commons template. However, only the last definition works. The first one contains ZWNJ and the second one a whitespace.

The rule in Extension:FileImporter/Data/fa.wikipedia#Transfer is:

I'm not sure if it's caused by ZWNJ and Whitespace or if we lack the support for multiple versions matching to the same commons-parameter.

@thiemowmde feel free to close if you are sure enough that it's not about ZWNJ and Whitespace.
