Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a page VisualEditor's wikitext mode, and type something.
2. Make a link.
3. Wait for it to insert the link and draw the gray highlight.
4. Try to type.

Expected behavior:
If I want to produce wikitext that looks like I think you will like this [[Example|link]] because it is funny. , then I ought to be able to type something like I think you will like this link ⌘k Exampl↓⏎ because it is funny. – without waiting, stopping, or needing to click on anything.
