EditCounter: move "Pages moved" from "Pages" to "Actions" and add a link

Description

Currently, only the total number of page moves that a user has carried out is given. This should also provide a link to the user's moves. Furthermore, it could be moved from the "pages" to the "actions" column, since it is a count of the actions taken not the pages they are taken on.
