Recently, when I use the search function via https://www.wikipedia.de, I am no longer redirected to a page with search results, but to an article with exactly the entered search term as a lemma, only that the article does not exist.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://www.wikipedia.de.
- Type "Sonenblume" or any other lemma that doesn't exist.
- Result: The page of the lemma "Sonenblume", including the note that this page doesn't exist. Expected result: A page with search results that are similar to the text I typed in. This is how it used to be before and is working on de.wikipedia.org.
Showing the page of the non-existing lemma is very impractical, because you have to re-enter every search term as soon as you deviate just a little.
