img_auth.php URL is wrong for private wikis on secure server

Description

It points to /w/img_auth.php, which is wrong. It should point to $wgScriptPath/img_auth.php

This is annoying to fix because the image path is set before $wgScriptPath is set :(

Might need a little hack at the end.

I remember we were looking at this last week but I forget if we got this fixed up... still a problem or resolved?

This seems to have been fixed at some point, now points to $lang/$site/w/img_auth.php
