All done except Radomlje_-_Nafta_1903_0-0_(2._polčas).webm. I've asked in T226937: Not possible to server-side upload certain images: "An unknown error occurred in storage backend "local-swift-eqiad"" what might be cause of this unknown error.

Marking as blocked on SRE. Having T226937#5330884 resolved is a requirement for Radomlje_-_Nafta_1903_0-0_(2._polčas).webm.

@zhuyifei1999 If you're watching this task: I've downloaded the problematic file to /home/urbanecm/T227968 on mwmaint1002. MD5 matches, so the file is correctly downloaded. IIRC video2commons purges the files periodically, so I thought it'd be helpful to let you know that purging this file shouldn't be an issue.
