Make selenium tests create their own properties and items

Description

In terms of testing we need to test on content instead just to look if a specific component it there. Therefore, the tests use their own fresh items and properties for the test.

The wikibase.api module in wdio-wikibase has createItem() and getProperty() functions that we can use for this.
