Description

It is standard practice to indicate that a mobile version exists in certain stores is to use the respective icons of these stores. I think it would be useful to use on wikipedia.org. Now there is only a text indication.

I wanted create this task few days ago :). It looks good, but I don't sure, if is it appropriate (these icons probably aren't in licences, that Wikimedia Commons supports).
