Partially. The visual flag i.e. bundle logo, was implemented as part of T232339. Yet to replace 'Apply' with 'More info' for Bundle partners, but it will be part of my PR. Not sure about the flag for Proxy partners.

Yeah i'm not sure what would be best there. We're doing some work to associate the Library Bundle icon with the Bundle, but proxy isn't so clear to me. Let's chat a little about this on Thursday.
