The lists of Nigerian monuments pass on the wikidata ID to the Upload Campaign (wlm-ng). But the campaign has not been configured to look for this parameter or to stick it in a template. As a result the connection between image and monument is largely lost during the upload (description is also passed on)

What is needed is:

1. a template which need only take the id.
2. adding the template to the upload campaign
3. a tracking category for the template (one for having id and one for missing it)
4. updating the monument database config with template and categories
