"Uploaders registered after competition starts" only take Commons into account

Description

Spotted in the office today was that users classified as "Uploaders registered after competition starts" may have registered their accounts on other Wikimedia projects months ago.

My guess would be that the tool looks at when the Wikimedia Commons account was created rather than when the SUL account was created.

The current definition is ok to use as well, but there should probably be a note explaining the definition.

My guess would be that the tool looks at when the Wikimedia Commons account was created rather than when the SUL account was created.

The database query only operates on the commons_p table, so I guess indeed that’ll be the Wikimedia Commons user registration date.
