Honestly I keep expecting it to be the navigation toggle anyway, and the first thing in the nav is usually the mainpage regardless...

On mobile: Use sitename instead of nav icon, put arrow at end
On desktop-small: On scroll-down, add arrow to sitename, turn into nav-toggle (maybe; also depends on T165921 and T131998)
