Steps to reproduce
- Mention other user in an edit and mention him also in its summary.
Expected behavior
Mentioned user should get one notification.
Current behavior
Mentioned user gets two notifications about the same edit.

When a user was mentioned in an edit and in a summary, the notifications received would have different descriptions indicating in which context the mention was happened, e.g.
@Dvorapa - Mentioning a user in the edit and the edit summary may have different information, so users should be notified that they were mentioned in two separate places.
