I was contacted on my hiwikisource user talk by an IP saying he's [[User:अनिरुद्ध!]] (the exclamation mark is part of the username), who has lost his phone. Even though he still has the scratch codes, he says they are not working. I will tell him to email ca[at]wikimedia.org from the email attached to the account, referencing this task.
