Description:
Someone constantly accessed https://ticket.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=LostPassword&Lang=en&User=<MYOTRSUSERNAME>, made OTRS spam my email with lots of new password request mails. Shouldn't we fix it by putting something like captcha to prevent it happens again?
