As a user, if I collapse the filters in my watchlist, there is still a very large chunk of whitespace above the actual watchlist entries. Screenshot:

If I turn off the CSS rule for .mw-rcfilters-collapsed.mw-special-Watchlist {min-height: 220px;} then the whitespace is removed.

Could this easily be made the default, or are there other factors I haven't thought of that necessitate that min-height rule?
