@Turkmen By changing the sidebar link locally uploading is going to become complicated. Is that intended? I just want to be sure before starting to work on this.

Local uploads are now restricted and only sysops can locally upload via Special:Upload. The sidebar link now points to the localised Commons' Upload Wizard for everybody else.

Dear @MarcoAurelio : Do not change the Commons connection. However, for all users of AzWiki, open the "Special:Upload" section.

This will let all users to use Special:Upload while the sidebar URL will point however to commons' Special:UploadWizard.

Given that there are no deploys on Fridays, we'll need to schedule those two patches for Monday. I am not avalaible for Monday's EU SWAT. @Urbanecm Would you be able to schedule this two patches for me? (unless they let you deploy them today).
