Confirming this is still broken in librsvg2-2.46.3. Same as https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/librsvg/issues/17 in upstream?

@Aklapper : https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/librsvg/issues/17 should in my opinion be resolved because text-decoration="underline" works but overline doesn't, see https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:T15495_(resolved).svg , see also https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=524433 and https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T15495

This is fixed in upstream librsvg 2.52.3 according to https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/librsvg/-/issues/17
