A list of Wikitech users (Developer accounts) to send the survey to is available on labweb1001.wikimedia.org as the /home/bd808/projects/2019-wmcs-survey/accounts.txt file.

This list can be used with the sendBulkEmails.php maintenance script to send emails while respecting each user's email contact preferences and the opt-out list.

Just before I was going to remove the '{{draft}} tag from that page I realized that there was a problem in the "age" cohort was only considering Toolforge usage and not also Cloud VPS usage. See the TODO in the wiki page.

@Jhernandez I will help you understand a bit about the mess of google spreadsheets for this "soon". I started on fixing the bucketing during all-hands, and then kind of forgot about it when I returned home.
