Vector skin doesn't recognize MediaWiki:Nstab-main

Description:
In the Monobook skin, [[MediaWiki:Nstab-main]] changes the tab name for main namespaces (for example on Wikipedia to "article" or on Commons to "gallery")

However, on Commons in the Vector skin, it doesn't recognize this and still shows "page". See [[commons:MediaWiki:Nstab-main]] for the message and [[commons:Deutschland]] for a random gallery that still shows "page" instead of "gallery".
