Description

The mobile view button needs to be on the top of a page, not the bottom.

Try this simple experiment, on a cell phone visit a page such as:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diamond_Sutra

You'll see you have to go down miles and miles to ever find the mobile view button.
