Description

Parsoid/JS had a dashboard by HTTP status codes (non-200) @ https://grafana.wikimedia.org/d/000000042/parsoid-http-status-codes

Parsoid/PHP doesn't have equivalent instrumentation for metrics like this. It looks like this kind of instrumentation belongs in the REST API layer of which Parsoid is one client. I am filing this ticket for consideration in the REST API layer.
