"503 Service Unavailable" error on Fountain tool

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open https://tools.wmflabs.org/fountain/editathons/

Actual Results:
A "503 Service Unavailable" error message appears when loading the Fountain tool.
Expected Results:
The Fountain tool should be loaded without any error message.

It looks good now https://tools.wmflabs.org/fountain/editathons/

I suspect this was because depooling during toolforge maintenance didn't update all aspects of the web proxy system. That procedure is much cleaner on the Kubernetes backend for webservice if that option could work for you. https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Toolforge/Web#Kubernetes
