Description

I'm unable to upload a pdf file. File size is about ~8.8MB.
I get this error when I try to upload file:

No configured storage engine can store this file. See "Configuring File Storage" in the documentation for information on configuring storage engines.

Per T151544 and https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/config/edit/storage.mysql-engine.max-size/ I think the limit is ~4MB...
