Steps to reproduce :
1)Start creating a new page
2)Click on "link" icon and type text
3)Select "To an external web page" radio button
4)Start typing an external link
Radio button "To a wiki page" is selected automatically.
Expected Outcome :
Focus shall not be moved as user create an external link.

The radio button will automatically move back once the text you've typed is recognized as an external link. The idea is the user types the link first and handles the radio buttons later.
Leaving this open to see what the rest of the team thinks.

I agree that if a user explicitly chose external link, the focus should stay the same. But as the current detection behavior brings the status back to external if the link is actually external, I am fine keeping this bug as an enhancement and revisit later.
