Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Hello, on behalf of Amical Wikimedia I'll be giving a workshop to high school students on how to edit Wikipedia next 18th February. I'd like to request a temporary lift of the IP cap so as the attendees could create user accounts on their own.

IP: 85.192.74.190
Date & time: 18th February, 16:00-18:00 GMT+1
Wiki: ca.wiki
Accounts that might be created: ~10

Thanks!

Esther
