Visit https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?target=Printf%28%22Herro+World%22%29%3B&title=Special:Contributions
Click on "global account details"

Expected result
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth?target=Printf%28%22Herro+World%22%29%3B
or
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/Printf(%22Herro_World%22); is interpreted as referring to Printf("Herro World");, not Printf("Herro World")

Actual result:
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/Printf(%22Herro_World%22);
The semicolon is then ignored

CentralAuth's behavior is correct. T238285 is the only issue here.
