That is very weird. I can't reproduce it here and neither can two of my colleagues on their machine.
I notice that your language names are in English instead of the language itself. Is this a gadget that might be interfering here? Can you try https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burn!_(1969_film)?safemode=1 and see if the problem exists there as well for you?
It was reported by Peter NYC here (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/User_talk:Ep%C3%ACdosis#Thanks_for_the_Thanks,_but_my_edit_was_a_Fail), who says it only happens when he is logged-in in English Wikipedia. I can't reproduce it too.
This is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Equazcion/SidebarTranslate. I enabled this gadget and do reproduce the issue.
So this is not a bug of Wikibase software. Close as invalid, but I will still posting my further finding here.
This issue is already reported in 2014 at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Equazcion/SidebarTranslate#Titles_with_en_dash. I proposed an edit request: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki_talk:Gadget-SidebarTranslate.js#Interface-protected_edit_request_on_10_February_2020
