Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to main page
  2. Navigate till "Watchlist" control and hit enter.
  3. Navigate till "Namespaces" control and hit enter.
  4. Verify using the accessibility insights tool (https://accessibilityinsights.io/)

Actual Results:
Namespaces and tag buttons along side their corresponding menu panel are not accessible to screen readers

Expected Results:
Namespaces and tag buttons along side their corresponding menu panel must be accessible to screen readers
