No warning that page was deleted before when moving an article / page from User namespace to main namespace
Open, Needs TriagePublic

Description

This is a request for a feature, which is - at least a bit - already implemented in the Wikipedia-Software.
So far, notes or warnings in the event of a reinstallation of already deleted articles or lemmas only appear if the article is created directly as a New Page/Article.
But if you create a article at first in your own User-Room and then shift it/publish it into the Wikipedia, there appears no warning in the case that an article with the same title has been deleted before.
(at least this warning is missing in the german wikipedia section. Dont know about the other language sections though.)

To have that warning implemented in situations as described above would mean lesser misunderstandings / it would prevent situations, where the creater doesnt know, that s/he is shifting a article into an already deleted title-page.
In the hope, you get what I mean, hoping to hear from you!

Just adding that this missing message leads new users directly into the hell of speedy deletions and they have no idea what they did wrong because it's the recommended way to create articles via the user namespace. A warning like we have already for new articles (see screenshot) would be a major improvement for usability.
