Description

It would be nice if MediaWiki-Docker supported the /wiki URL scheme used in production and also in MediaWiki-Vagrant. Some software assumes a common URL scheme to support local developer setups (e.g. GrowthExperiments-NewcomerTasks can load remote data if the URL scheme matches).

This task is about enabling /wiki style URLs via Apache config but we could also consider making it the default if we do T247072 in the future.
