Description

We need to provide the references we find to the community. This needs to happen in a way that's easy to consume for them. QuickStatements works well for that.

The format is documented here: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Help:QuickStatements We specifically target the TSV (tab) version.
NB: The documentation reads like just adding a reference isn't possible but it is mentioned in a sentence. We should improve the readability of this.

Input: Output of step 3 or 4 (JSON DUMP Format)
Output: Matched refs in Quickstatements format
