Add Special:Unblock as an alias for the unblock form

Description:
MediaWiki provides an unblock form (with input fields for both username and reason) but this is currently only accessible by a URL of the form .../index.php?title=Special:BlockList&action=unblock. It would be useful to have a quick way of accessing this, something like [[Special:Unblock]].

No, a new special page alias Special:Unblock has to be defined which redirects to Special:IPBlockList&action=unblock
