Description

Split from T248905. (Cannot find a dedicated project for Superset.)

Chromium 80, private window
I successfully log into https://superset.wikimedia.org/
I click New and choose SQL Query. I select Database: presto, Schema: event, See table schema: userfeedback.
I enter the SQL query select count(*) as cnt from UserFeedback where year=2020;
I click "Run Query"

Site asks me to sign in, several times. If I cancel, widget below query text field only shows "Offline".

Do you get this same error on a different browser? Chrome or similar? We have seen this error being reported by other users but not for a while which makes me think it might be a particular browser issue.

SQL Lab had some problems with Presto that we fixed, maybe the timing was unfortunate and you were using it during the fixes (for reference: T249923). Please try again and let us know.

Folding this task into T249923, we'd need to find a different solution for all users, but we hope to fix it soon :)
