I had to reschedule my patch for later because I have test when is SWAT window for which I wanted to schedule my patches. This will be deployed between 18:00–19:00 UTC at monday.

Apart from a statement in this task that https://tw-photomedia.de is the website of DerWolfimWald, there is no way we could verify that information. I can imagine this needs to go through OTRS.
Furthermore, that website has zero information on the license of works, so I don't see why it (currently) should be added to the whitelist?

I made it because of this:

I uploaded it on my website https://tw-photomedia.de/ in full resolution, so I could use it for upload, because Commons allows uploads from the internet up to 4 GB.
