Hello everybody!
My friend @VirginiaTuck uploaded an SVG image in Wikimedia Commons from her computer but, after the upload, the resulted SVG was "cropped".
This was the original file:

You can note the cropped text in the right side of the image after the upload.
Is this a bug in the SVG normalizer?
