Steps to Reproduce: Go to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/board/3302/ and make "Mostly FYI" active and scroll down
Also, you can go to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/wikimedia-site-requests/ and try to scroll "Analysis / under discussion" down. The problem arises when a long line with a line break in the column heading.

I am using Google Chrome Version 83.0.4103.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Actual Results: Some part of the last element in the column remains invisible.

Expected Results: When scrolling down, the user should see the bottom edge of the last element, or at least all of its contents.

I can reproduce in the upstream instance at https://secure.phabricator.com/ hence adjusting tag
