@Aklapper That is a good point! I wonder if the folks in that ticket are helping or are seeking help for those wikis?

In my understanding, in the linked tickets folks are performing required technical actions only.
Not sure how to make the actual community aware as I don't know which resources are pointed to after successfully creating a new wiki. :-/

You can contact these communities, for the time being, at the [[meta:Requests for new languages]] subpages, as they used them in the past days to discuss some last config details for their wikis.

There is also https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:FAQ#New_wiki_created. It could benefit from being updated and getting pointers to the toolkit.
