Description

What is the problem?

We need to reach out with a mass message to all smaller and medium sized Wikipedias that we were not able to reach through other means

How can we help you?

Help us send the message we prepared to a list of Wikis we have created

What does success look like?

The Wikis have the message on their village pumps/appropriate notification pages

What is your deadline?

End of this week

I flagged some missing requirements before the messaging can happen.

Generally speaking Szymon is the go-to person for UCoC but in this case I'm happy to step in.

We're doing some back & forth, I'll update when I have action items for myself.

This has now happened, https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T93049 also happened, I felt like I wanted to cry and/or quit for frustration, took me 1h and a half between fixes and reports, but hey, I guess the T&S team REALLY "wants to hear from you!"
