Description

Steps to reproduce

While logged in, navigate to the a random page in the hebrew beta cluster https://he.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/ (I had the sidebar enabled)
Edit the page using Visual Editor
With the sidebar collapsed, reduce the width of the page as shown in the gif (approx 865px)
Expand the sidebar

Expected results

The page menu and search field should not disappear.

Actual results

The page menu and search fields disappear when the sidebar is expanded.
