Extension:EditWarning seems to be unmaintained since a few years now. What's the procedure to become maintainer of this extension?

I can't see a Gerrit repository for EditWarning. It looks it was never hosted outside Nemphis' GitHub project at https://github.com/nemphis/mw-editwarning/
Given that the contents of that repo are freely licensed (cfr. https://github.com/nemphis/mw-editwarning/blob/master/LICENCE) I guess you could ask for a new Gerrit repository at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Gerrit/New_repositories and have it imported there.
[ removing Gerrit-Privilege-Requests as there's no gerrit repo; boldly tagging Developer-Advocacy as it looks a more appropriate tag although I'm not sure ]

Heja everyone, in my last comment I didn't realize we talk about a non-Wikimedia repo located on Github. I don't think that we have any policies over individual, non-Wikimedia code repositories in non-Wikimedia places (Github) so I don't really see how Developer-Advocacy could help here... :-/
As I understand it anyone is free to fork that repo on Github, plus anyone is very welcome to update wiki pages if the original author cannot be reached anymore. :)
