When starting a new topic in a Flow page or editing a message with source editing, the footnote is not parsed.
Steps to reproduce:
- On a Structured Discussion page like https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Project:Support_desk
- Click on the box "Start new topic".
- If necessary, click on the pencil icon to change to source editing.
- See the footnote of the message box.
