Description

Google inc had issues with the name 'google ' in the url, so we moved to https://gdrive-to-commons.toolforge.org/.

Tool to be archived: google-drive-photos-to-commons

Checklist:

Shutdown the tool's webservice using webservice stop (if it exists)
Delete the tool's crontab using crontab -r (if it exists)
Cleanup any junk files like access.log, error.log, service.log, *.{out,err} from old cron jobs in the tool's $HOME
Archive anything you want to keep somewhere outside the tool's $HOME
Make "Owner of abandoned tools" the maintainer of the tool, and remove yourself as a maintainer, using the page at https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/tools/id/<name_of_your_tool>/maintainers/
Create a ticket in Toolforge (Tools to be deleted) asking the Toolforge admin team to delete the tool using this phabricator task template.

I will wait for T260501 to be resolved, and change the maintainers list of google-drive-photos-to-commons tool.
