Contacted a good number of initial interview partners to explore key technical documents over the next 2-3 weeks.

In December 2020 I had 10 exploratory conversations (out of 13 requested) with many WMF teams and two WMDE teams about their key technical documents.

So this is not fully done yet and I may consider having a few more conversations in this first quarter of 2021.

The conversations were insightful and helped to learn more about how and which technical docs teams have and use, their key technical audiences, some needs, and how people find or (don't find) information, to understand our fragmented documentation landscape, our not always consistent or harmonized processes.

Machine Learning postponed to March/April, as they are still sorting out docs.

Had two additional conversations since my previous comment. Due to internal changes, I skipped having dedicated sessions with Reading Web and Prod Infra.
A Machine Learning one could be scheduled in the future.
Input has been valuable to get a better idea of use cases and audiences and trying to find an initial content clustering concept.
(As a side effect, input has also been helpful to get a better overview of onboarding processes and concepts within WMF.)

Declaring this phase of the plan done; of course additional resources and input will still be very welcome as we're continuing to make progress.
