I am proposing to create a Mailing List for Bishnypriya Manipuri language speakers across all Wikimedia platforms to coordinate among all BPY contributors.

@Usingha The list has been created. You should have received mail with an initial random password.
See the links above. The password should let you login on the admin page. The second list admin has been added but please note he has NOT received the password yet since there can only be one initial list owner. So please share the password with the secondary admin. You can optionally change it or use the one you received.
All other list settings are the defaults right now and up to you to go through and change as you see fit. (just don't completely hide lists from the overview please).
