Description

Allows for awaiting response via HttpRequestFactory for a shorter or longer time than MediaWiki default. Mainly to allow for Benchmark script to execute without problems, but also allows for slow Speechoid installations without having to touch response timeout of all other places in MediaWiki that communicate using HttpRequestFactory.
