Good day! Rollbackers right would be very useful for us to fight against vandalism in Uzbek Wikipedia (uzwiki). We already opened the discussion in local village pump.

@Kizule: Once Uzbek Wikipedia rollbacker rights are enabled, bureaucrats can no longer give users rights other than rollbackers. I'm a bureaucrat in uzwiki, I can only give users the right to rollbacker, I can't give other rights.
